But we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, so we've established the following hassle-free return policies.

Refund Policy:

Products are eligible for a return within 7 calendar days, however the cost of shipping is non-refundable.
For HairDiamondz to honor a refund, the item(s) must be re-sellable. Hair extensions and wigs must be in their original packaging, uninstalled and uncombed. Color-treated or cut hair will automatically be disqualified for a return. All other merchandise must be intact and in its original shipping packaging. HairDiamondz strongly advises using a traceable postal service with signature confirmation for all returns as we cannot be held liable for lost or damaged products during the shipping process.

 

Order Cancellation:

If the shipping process has not yet been initiated, you can request to cancel the order. HairDiamondz strives to ship orders as quickly as possible, so send an email to contactus@hairdiamondz.com IMMEDIATELY and we will try to cancel the order. You must contact your payment method provider for the time frame of when the funds will be returned to your account.
